A major Danish retail chain recognised its exceptional quality and included it in its assortment, laying the foundation for the company&#8217;s remarkable growth. Since then, the company has expanded through the acquisition of several production facilities and brands.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2013, AJ Skjern has been part of the company, broadening the product range significantly with the addition of cheese and other dairy products of the same high quality as the existing assortment.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2021, 80% of Delika Food Group A\/S was sold to the private equity firm Erhvervsinvest, while the remaining shares stayed with the existing owners.<\/p>\n<p>For Delika Food Group A\/S, this new structure provides a strong foundation for further growth and a reinforced position within the food industry.<\/p>\n<p>Since Kurt M\u00f8ller and Tom Elert Christensen took over Delika A\/S and established Delika Food Group A\/S in 2007, the company has grown rapidly. This acquisition expanded our cold cuts production to two new locations in Aarhus and Christiansfeld, providing further opportunities for future portfolio expansion.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2023, Delika Food Group A\/S acquired the meat processing company Lepo in Hedehusene. Lepo&#8217;s values and product philosophy align well with those of Delika Food Group, and with this acquisition, we have now also established a presence on Zealand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A common denominator for our entire range is strong craftsmanship traditions and the finest raw materials of the highest quality. En st\\u00f8rre dansk detailk\\u00e6de fik \\u00f8je p\\u00e5 den gode kvalitet og tog Hammel spegep\\u00f8lsen ind i sit sortiment, her blev grundstenen til virksomhedens forrygende udvikling lagt. Hammel spegep\\u00f8lsen er stadig et kerneprodukt i Delika Food Groups sortiment, og den har i dag f\\u00e5et f\\u00f8lgeskab af et par andre smagsvarianter af spegep\\u00f8lser i serien.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Delika Food Group blev i 2007 k\\u00f8bt af Kurt M\\u00f8ller og Tom Elert. Siden er virksomheden udviklet med en r\\u00e6kke produktionsvirksomheder og brands. Siden 2013 har AJ Skjern v\\u00e6ret en del af virksomheden. Den resterende del blev bevaret hos de dav\\u00e6rende ejere.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">I efter\\u00e5ret 2022 valgte Kurt M\\u00f8ller at overdrage direkt\\u00f8rstolen for Delika Food Group A\\\/S til Henrik Biilmann.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>For Delika Food Group betyder de nye rammer, at vi er sikret et st\\u00e6rkt grundlag for at skabe en endnu st\\u00e6rkere v\\u00e6kst og position i f\\u00f8devarebranchen.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Siden Kurt M\\u00f8ller og Tom Elert Christensen overtog Delika A\\\/S og skabte Delika Food Group i 2007, har der v\\u00e6ret fart over feltet. I dag har Delika Food Group en hel palet af kvalitetsbrands indenfor p\\u00e5l\\u00e6g, p\\u00f8lser, r\\u00f8gvarer samt mejeriprodukter og den udvikling vil vi gerne forts\\u00e6tte.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Med <a href=\\\"http:\\\/\\\/www.erhvervsinvest.dk\\\/dfg\\\/\\\">Erhvervsinvest<\\\/a> i ryggen har vi endnu flere muligheder, s\\u00e5 vi ogs\\u00e5 de n\\u00e6ste mange \\u00e5r kan v\\u00e6re en af branchens f\\u00f8rende virksomheder.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p class=\\\"p1\\\">I marts 2023 overtog Delika Food Group dele af aktiviteterne i p\\u00e5l\\u00e6gskoncernen Skare Food. Med overtagelsen har vi udvidet produktionen af p\\u00e5l\\u00e6g med to nye lokationer i hhv. Aarhus og<span class=\\\"Apple-converted-space\\\">\\u00a0<\\\/span>Christiansfeld.
