Delika Carpaccio and Delika Vitello Tonnato are Italian-inspired classics that have been produced in Christiansfeld, Southern Jutland, since 1992. Over the years, the company has specialised in slicing and refining premium-quality beef and veal.

Carpaccio is a well-known Italian dish consisting of ultra-thin slices of flavourful beef, drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Parmigiano Reggiano. The fresh beef is slowly matured, giving the Carpaccio slices their characteristic deep red colour, firm texture, and exceptional tenderness. Delika Carpaccio is a popular classic, ready to serve and perfect for a quick, light lunch or appetiser. For an extra touch, garnish the dish with fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts.

Another favourite from Delika’s factory in Christiansfeld is Delika Vitello Tonnato. This is a popular dish featuring delicate slices of gently cooked veal, served with a creamy tuna sauce. It is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as a light lunch or an exquisite appetiser. Historically, Vitello Tonnato dates back to 18th-century Northern Italy.

Speaking of history… Christiansfeld was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2015 and is well worth a visit, offering a unique atmosphere and charming old buildings.

In 2023, the factory in Christiansfeld became part of Delika Food Group, which proudly continues the production of these culinary delights.
