Our universe

Delika Food Group offers a world of flavours with high-quality products ranging from salami and other cured meats to smoked goods, cold cuts, charcuterie, and cheese. We supply both the foodservice and retail sectors, where our products can be found under our own brands as well as private labels.

The company was founded in Denmark in 1985 in the town of Hammel under the name Delika, focusing on smoked and cold-cut products. Since 2007, we have expanded our portfolio with several well-established brands. Behind the company stands a dedicated team of professionals with the ambition to produce food they would proudly serve on their own tables every day.

Whether it’s a traditional salami from Carl Vollstedt, which has absorbed flavour and intensity for a whole week over the gentle smoke of beechwood chips, or a spiced rolled pork sausage from Sørwi, hand-rolled from a lean cut of pork belly—quality and taste always come first.

In 2013, AJ Skjern became part of the Delika Food Group family. This expansion brought a variety of dairy products of the same high quality as our existing selection of smoked and cold-cut products, as well as international delicacies.

In 2023, Delika Food Group acquired the activities of Skare Foods’ cold-cut factories in Aarhus and Christiansfeld. This acquisition expands our production of premium cold cuts to two new locations and enhances our product range.

Today, Delika Food Group is one of the country’s leading cold-cut producers, with a portfolio of top brands.

We produce everything needed for a delicious lunch buffet, tapas, open sandwiches, or warm dishes. Our range covers the entire spectrum of cold cuts, smoked products, salamis, and specialities.

In addition, we offer a wide selection of cheeses and other dairy products. From abroad, we import a selection of premium regional charcuterie products, such as Spanish serrano ham and chorizo, as well as Belgian pâtés. These international producers are typically family-owned businesses that share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship—values that Delika Food Group upholds in all our own production.
