Hammel
The story of Hammel Salami – and the very beginning of Delika Food Group – is a true Danish entrepreneurial tale. Hammel Salami is smoked over beechwood sawdust, and the artisanal production ensures a high-quality product that is a guaranteed favourite – whether in lunchboxes, on the dining table, or in canteens.
Carl Vollstedt
At Carl Vollstedt, old traditions are preserved: the sausages are smoked in stone ovens, just as they always have been, and much of the work with sausages and specialities is done manually and with great craftsmanship. The time-honoured recipes, passed down through generations, give the products their distinctive taste and character, which is now sought after across Denmark.
Defco
Defco (Delicious Food Company) was founded in Aarhus in 1982. From day one, unique deli products have been developed based on high-quality meat and solid butchery craftsmanship. Over the years, Defco has become a respected and popular brand. In 2023, Defco became part of Delika Food Group, which proudly continues its fine traditions of deli meats.
Delika
Delika Carpaccio and Delika Vitello Tonnato are Italian-inspired classics that have been produced in Christiansfeld, Southern Jutland, since 1992. Over the years, the company has specialised in slicing and refining exquisite beef and veal cuts.
