Tilbered juleskinken efter anvisningen på emballagen.
Blancher grønkålen i saltet vand i 3-4 minutter. Afkøl den i koldt vand og slyng den tør. Riv bladene i mindre stykker.
Snit rødkålen så fint, som du kan. Brug evt. et mandolinjern.
Fjern kernerne fra garantæblet og sæt dem til side.
Snit saltmandlerne groft.
Dressing: Pisk eddike, olie og honning sammen og smag til med salt og peber.
Anret salaten på et fad: Bland de to slags kål og hæld dressingen over. Garner med granatæblekerner og de hakkede saltmandler.
Server sammen med juleskinken, som kan serveres varm, lun eller kold.
