Tilberedningstips:
Et fad med vand (ca. 0,5-1 L) sættes i ovnen.
Varm ovnen op til 190°C og placer ribbensstegen på en rist over vandbadet med sværen nedad.
Steges 15 – 20 min. Vend stegen og steg færdig i ca. en time pr. kg.
De sidste 15 min ved 250°C. Anvend evt. grill for at få sværene sprøde.
Kødet skal opvarmes til en kernetemperatur på 75°C.
