Snobrød med Carl Vollstedt grillpølser

Lav dejen som en helt almindelig gærdej, den må ikke være for klistret. Lad dejen hæve tildækket ved stuetemperatur i ca. 1 time til dobbelt størrelse.
Del dejen i 6 stykker. Tag godt med mel på hænderne og rul hvert stykke til en lang pølse. Rul pølsen om snobrødspinden, sørg for at brøddet er ”lukket” i toppen, og bag det langsomt over bålets eller grillens gløder til det er gyldent og gennembagt. Skru forsigtigt brøddet af pinden.
Steg eller grill i mellemtiden Carl Vollstedt pølserne, så de er klar til at blive stukket i det lune snobrød sammen med f.eks. ketchup eller pesto.
